Hometown: Wichita, KS
Education: I graduated from Bishop Carroll in 2006. I received my Associates of Arts from Butler County Community College in 2008. I am going to be attending WSU and major in elementary education and HOPEFULLY graduate in 2011!
Teaching Experience: Before coming to Loving Arms in October 2007, I taught a Sunday Bible school for 3rd graders. I did that for 3 years. Now, I am an assistant teacher in the blue 2-3 year olds room.
Interests: I love to spend time with my family and friends. I really enjoy traveling, especially with my best friend Erica, who happens to be the lead teacher in the blue room!
Favorite Bible Passage: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.” 1 Corinthians 13:4
Why you love this job: I absolutely love to hear the children’s stories and receive their hugs everyday! Also, being able to see the “Aha!” moment when they finally get something.
Favorite children’s book: Anything Dr. Seuss!
